Kim Uscilowski, PT, DPT, OCS
My career began as a graphic/web designer for the State of Ohio for approximately 10 years prior to discovering my true passion as a physical therapist. After recovering from some of my own orthopedic conditions due to a couple of life-changing events, I knew I was meant to serve those needing rehabilitation. I graduated from Ohio University School of Rehabilitation and Communication Sciences with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Visual Communications. Over the past 10 years, I focused my professional attention on treating women, men, and young adults with pelvic health disorders in a sports medicine clinic. I developed a special interest in perinatal, post-partum care in the female athlete. Serving this population, whether an elite or recreational athlete, is passion of mine to help women achieve their sport specific goals during this critical transition in life. I am a board-certified specialist in orthopedics, earned certification in abdominopelvic dry needling, a clinic instructor, member of the APTA and the APTA’s Academy of Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health. Outside of work, I enjoy running, traveling, home-improvement projects and spending time with my family.
