Holly Browning, PT
I started my education at Ohio University, where I focused on community health and workplace health promotion. I enjoyed inspiring many people to get healthy and stay healthy. Soon I was back in college at the Ohio State University to get my degree in physical therapy. I have over 20 years of experience as a physical therapist & I love working with all ages of people with a wide range of orthopedic challenges. I take great pride in helping my patients overcome physical impairments and get back to living their best lives.
My favorite part of being a physical therapist is partnering with patients and working toward common goals. I enjoy getting creative while approaching long or short-term impairments and I love giving people the tools they need to get themselves to pain-free daily functioning and activities they enjoy. I grew up in a home in which both of my parents were teachers and instilled the belief that I can always learn something new. I strive to always learn new treatment techniques from continuing education courses, coworkers and mentors. Also, I find that I learn from many of the unique patients I work with and I endeavor to pass these unique orthopedic solutions on to you.
Personally, over the years, I have experienced my own athletic injuries while competing in sports. Now in my 50’s I struggle with aches and pains as I try to stay as active and healthy as possible. I have used physical therapy over the years to help me get over these bumps in the road and now I continue to enjoy yoga, cycling, lifting weights, taking my dog on long walks and the occasional pickle ball game.
I look forward to guiding you through the process of meeting your goals and being the best you can be!
